Installation of the small file sized DNL Reader will allow you to view Digital Brochure in the .DNL format.

DNL files are simply data files. Viewing the Digital Web Books in the DNL format allows for a safe viewing experience, it also reduces the file size of the final document hence even less time is spent downloading your Digital Brochure.

The DNL Reader also allows for Digital Web Brochure to be viewed inside a browser. (on the web)

This creates a compressed final ebrochure file (with .EXE extension). This is what you would normally use to package the final finished book. Each stand-alone book is a single plain executable file which does not require any other programs to view it. However these file are vulnerable to infection by viruses. It is for this reason that they may be blocked from e-mail delivery by firewalls. If you experience problems distributing your .EXE file via e-mail try zipping up the file or alternatively use the .DNL format.   (back)
