The heat travels up the back wall and stacks on the ceiling.  The makeup air is drawn from the top of the radiator. As a result, warmer air is reheated.  Colder air remains on the floor.

After a Wolf cabinet is installed,    your radiator will perform like the one shown on the right.  Heat is pushed out of the front of the radiator instead of traveling up the back wall.  The makeup air will be drawn from the floor.  Drawing in this  colder floor air first, allows the radiator to do a better job in heating the room.
